Valuations are not final offers

A website response, estimate, telephone discussion, or initial indication is not a binding purchase offer. Any final offer may depend on a physical inspection, roadworthiness and condition checks, ownership and registration documents, finance or lien status, service history, accident history, market conditions, and other relevant checks.

TopCars may revise or withdraw an indication or offer before a written sale agreement is completed. You are free to accept or decline any final offer.

Inspection preferences

A date and time selected on the website is a preference, not a confirmed appointment. A TopCars representative will confirm availability. Inspection timing or location may change by agreement, and submitting a preference does not require either party to complete a sale.

Vehicle information and documents

You are responsible for disclosing material information about the vehicle, including known damage, mechanical issues, modifications, accident history, outstanding finance, ownership restrictions, and any fact that could affect value or legal transfer. TopCars may ask for identification, registration, ownership, finance-settlement, or other documents before completing a purchase.

Sale and payment

A vehicle sale is completed only when the parties agree final written terms, required checks and documents are satisfactory, and ownership can be lawfully transferred. The payment method and timing will be stated in the final sale documentation and may depend on bank processing, finance settlement, and registration procedures.

Phrases such as "instant", "cash", or "top cash" describe the intended speed and nature of the service; they do not guarantee a particular price, immediate settlement in every case, or purchase of every vehicle.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised enquiries;
• attempt to interfere with the website, its security, or other users;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or misuse the service; or
• copy or exploit website content except as permitted by law.

We may restrict access or reject an enquiry where misuse is suspected.
