• prepare, discuss, and administer a possible vehicle purchase;
• record and manage your enquiry in our customer management system;

Form progress and draft enquiries

To prevent you from losing progress, the valuation form is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage. It is removed after a successful submission and is normally cleared when the browser session ends.

After you enter a phone number or email address, the details completed so far may also be saved as a draft enquiry in TopCars' customer management system. This lets our team assist you or follow up if you leave before completing the final submission. Updates from the same browser session are linked to one draft, which is finalised if you submit the enquiry.

When information is shared

We may share information with authorised TopCars staff and service providers that support website hosting, security, lead delivery, customer management, communications, inspections, or a vehicle transaction. These providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and under their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
